General Information

On-site Registration & Special (ticketed) Events
Attendees may register on-site; however, space is limited for some events.  Special event tickets may be purchased online by clicking here or at the registration desk until 10 a.m. on the day of the event, if available.

Badges
The official registration badge should be prominently worn and displayed at all times for prompt admission to the exhibits area, education sessions and other events.  Badges are not transferable and may not be loaned to anyone for any purpose.  Badge colors indicate the type of registration.  If you lose your badge, please visit the registration desk.

Accessibility
The Gaylord Texan meets all ADA standards.  If you have special needs that require auxiliary aids to provide you with equal access to the Show or services and/or equipment for the disabled, they may be reserved by contacting the hotel operator at ext. (817) 778-2000, or in advance of arriving at the hotel contact Tami Ailshie, Gaylord Texan at (817) 778-3099.  For further assistance in advance of the Show, please contact Angelica Stehling at the Texas Association of Builders at (800) 252-3625 or angelica@TexasBuilders.org.

Food and Beverage

Food stations are located on the trade show floor and are open during limited hours.  The Gaylord Texan offers a variety of food and beverage options in the hotel.

Show Office

The Show Office is located next to the registration desk and is open day of the Show from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Ground Transportation/Taxis

We recommend that you pre-book all taxis or town cars at the transportation desk located at the front drive of the Gaylord Texan. 

Parking at the Gaylord Texan

Self-Parking (All Lots)

Daily Self-Parking - $12 (no in and out privileges)

Overnight Self-Parking - $15 (includes in and out privileges using room key)

Valet Parking

Daily Valet Parking - $20

Overnight Valet Parking - $24 Daily

Show Regulations

Children

Children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times when in the exhibit areas. Registration for children is complimentary and must be done on-site. All children except infants in backpacks or slings must be registered and badged to be admitted to the exhibit areas. Strollers are not allowed in the exhibit areas. Children under 18 are not permitted on the Show floor during setup or teardown.

 

Live Animals

Live animals of any kind are not allowed on the exhibit floor, with the exception of service animals.

 

Photography/Filming

Photography or recording within the exhibit area or education conference rooms is prohibited.

 

Smoking

The Gaylord Texan is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas.
