Getting Around

From the Airport:
Ideally situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Grapevine, the Gaylord Texan is only six minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Another option for flying is Dallas Love Field located approximately 32 miles from the Gaylord Texan.

Taxis:
The Gaylord Texan recommends that you pre-book all taxis or town cars at the transportation desk located directly across from the hotel registration desk.

Parking at the Gaylord Texan:

Self-Parking
All Lots – Daily Self-Parking is $10 (no in and out privileges)
All Lots – Overnight Self-parking is $12 (includes in/out privileges using room key)

Valet Parking
Daily Valet Parking - $15 daily
Overnight Valet Parking - $24

All parking charges are plus tax. Daily guests not eligible for in/out privileges.

Accessibility:
The Gaylord Texan meets all ADA standards.  If you have special needs that require auxiliary aids to provide you with equal access to the Show, services and/or equipment for the disabled, they may be reserved by contacting the hotel operator at ext. 81000 or in advance of getting to the hotel contact Susan Morris, Gaylord Texan at (817) 778-2019.  For further assistance in advance of the Show, please contact Angelica B.
